The Robotic Cell features a 3 step finishing process from raw part to finished part in a 50 second cycle time. A programmable force transducer on the finishing head and belt grinding units optimizes belt life. The elevated machine base provides easy access to concealed plumbing, integrated wiring and a dust collection system.  The electrical and pneumatic systems feature a quick disconnect system for easy cell re-location.
